• Cancellations submitted 48 hours or more before your tour start time are free of charge.
• Cancellations received 24 to 48 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, including the scheduled tour date, will be charged at 100%.

To qualify for any eligible refund, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing and delivered to Waves Tours Ja within the timeframes noted above.
